yes i agree with HC view. this is distance vision decision.20weeks are to much time to decide for parents. in indian law any body have no right to right for die in any circumstances. irt is legislative function that they amend the law but on current situation if court dicided in nikita favour it would be controvertial for indan democracy . but ofcource parliament to take a right step n amend the law and therefore SC have right to diciaion in favour of nikita. from social view parliament should take right step as soon as possible.
